ABOUT

Florence is French and currently living in Paris. She studied Literature, Art History and Public Relations.
About photography, she would say it’s her way of speaking… She likes the idea of documenting the word she lives in, with poetry.
Florence learned Photography through several lectures at The Jeu de Paume in Paris, a few technical workshops and a one year Photography Masterclass.
She listens and experiments advices given, learns and researches online, studies the classic masters.
Very fond of classic work by Saul Leiter, Ed Van Der Elsken, Chris Marker and Claude Batho, she also follows contemporary photographers work, such as Gueorgui Pinkhassov and Alex Webb for their eye on our world.
(Other than photography Florence has a thing for British tabbies, grey ones... and lived with two for a while.)
